THE HIGH LEVEL

The Contracts Compliance Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining compliance with the company's major prime BPAs, IDIQs, GWAC, SLED, and Commercial contracts.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Manage and maintain compliance with major prime BPAs, IDIQs, GWACs, SLED and Commercial Contracts, as well as Subcontracts and Task Orders.
  • Manage and maintain compliance with major prime BPAs, IDIQs, GWACs, SLED, and Commercial contracts, as well as individual task orders
  • Oversee the company's performance against programmatic SLAs and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
  • Maintain internal company guidance and documentation for the assigned program.
  • Fulfill all SLA reporting duties associated with the assigned program.
  • Handle sales education, program training requirements, and work with the catalog management team to maintain catalog pricing associated with the contract.
  • Participate in preparing, examining, analyzing, and reviewing contracts.
  • Recommend appropriate activities to resolve performance difficulties.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth contract execution and compliance.
  • Provide guidance and periodic training to the Iron Bow team on key issues/trends in the industry.
  • Maintain relationships with Contracting Officer personnel and foster collaboration among internal departments.
  • Ensure the life cycle development of contracts, including keeping contracts current with market conditions, labor categories, and new training packages.
  • Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports/deliverables to contracting offices and vendor partners as required by each Contract Deliverable.
  • Review contract level pricing modifications and assist with the bid and proposal process for task orders and new contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with government requirements.
  • Provide direct training and guidance to sales and other departments on the program.
  • Research and interpret government regulations as they apply to contract areas and advise company personnel on contractual rights, responsibilities, and obligations.
  • Implement and comply with all Company policies and procedures related to contracts.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field or equivalent related experience with additional training in government, contract law, and/or Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
  • A minimum of 3 years of government contract administration experience in SLED and/or Commercial, policy compliance, or Legal or State Government compliance policy
  • Adhering to regulations and performance obligations within contractual agreements is just another day on the job for you.
  • Your program financial literacy skills are impressive (budget, revenue/margin).
  • You possess strong executive presence, polish, communication skills and emotional intelligence. (C-level presentations are probable.)
  • People naturally gravitate to you and want to work for you. Leadership is your middle name.
  • You have vast experience applying proper program management principles and practices.
  • We'd love it if you had your PMP and/or ITIL certs

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

This position remote with no travel. Candidates in the DC metro area will be given priority.
