SUMMARY:

Cytek is seeking a passionate and seasoned senior graphic designer who will lead the creation, evolution, maintenance, and implementation of Cytek's brand across all channels. The ideal candidate has excellent visual design skills paired with a UX mindset. This role is responsible for projects from concept to completion.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Accountable for meeting the design needs of the organization, this includes print collateral, web & digital assets, videos, etc.
• Develop new templates/layouts
• Establish new corporate identity, design standards, and policies
• Design graphics for tradeshow booths
• Be aware of current and developing trends in print, digital, illustration, and packaging, and be able to turn them into insights that drive great designs
• Must have strong design skills, including a proficient understanding of layout, type, color, and composition
• Assist with UI design tasks, providing creative input and visual solutions
• Collaborate with various teams to understand their design needs and translate them into compelling visual content
• Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design
• 7+ years of relevant design experience, with a proven track record of evolving brands
• Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Premier, Acrobat, etc.)
• Strong eye for aesthetics and visual details
• Experiential knowledge and proven experience in digital and print design, illustration, typography, social, animation, videos, etc.
• Ability to manage several overlapping projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Self-starter who values collaboration and feedback

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Individual will be required to lift 25lbs without harm.
• Be able to work in a standing/sitting position for an hour at a time.
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
