Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP seeks a highly qualified attorney to join its Mass Torts Practice Group- focusing on litigation including products liability, coverage and commercial matters. This position will involve working in an active and dynamic practice that touches all aspects of litigation in multiple jurisdictions including discovery, depositions, motions practice, and trial. The successful candidate will be given autonomy to handle assigned cases while at the same time having access to the knowledge and experience of seasoned litigators. We are seeking a candidate who will thrive spending the majority of time writing in various forms for our products liability team.
