Location
This position can be based in any major U.S. City with travel to clients as needed.

Key Responsibilities
Lead interdisciplinary teams advising government and commercial clients on project finance transactions, deal structuring and negotiations for clean energy and infrastructure transactions, financial and economic modelling, market research, and procurement.
Conduct financial due diligence and research various municipal, private, and corporate entities in the transportation/transit, energy, water, specialized financial services (development and small business finance) and other sectors.
Advise on financial and commercial agreements (construction contracts, operations and maintenance contracts, power purchase agreements, concession agreements, etc.) for transactions and projects.
Enhance and expand JLL's market presence in the development of P3 opportunities in the energy, infrastructure, and transit-oriented development markets.
Participate in managing the overall business development and sales process, maintaining regular contact with clients and other key stakeholders to advance pursuits and close deals.
Cultivate organic sales opportunities, and targeted messaging to specific client pursuits, with a goal of generating new leads.
Lead the screening, prioritization, and due diligence of potential client engagements with a view to maximizing commercial value.
Maintain strong networks with infrastructure industry representatives and key stakeholders in the areas of project development, finance, advisory, and technologies.

Requirements
10+ years of experience in origination, financial advisory, and infrastructure project development on public and project financings, including providing advisory services to federal credit programs
Extensive advisory/consulting background related to financial structuring, public-private partnerships, deal execution, and commercial due diligence (acquisition/disposition/procurement)
Experience working with both public and private sector clients, from project development through financial close
Experience in and detailed understanding of P3s and infrastructure finance
Proven change agent, collaborator, problem solver, creating win-win outcomes
Big Four or related consulting experience a plus
Municipal Advisor licenses (Series 50/54) a plus
