25-29 Hours | Flexible schedule to meet department needs to include evenings and weekends
- Position Summary
Part-time tutor to serve in co-requisite Mathematics class.
- Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
Part-time tutor to serve in a co-requisite mathematics class as a resource for individual students and small groups of students who need extra support during class activities. Tutors must also have availability for students who need assistance before and/or after class time.
- Required Qualifications
- Completion of a minimum of 12 college or university credits.
- Certificate in any math related course will be considered.
- Tutors should have a good command of the material being taught in the class and strong communication skills.
