Job Title: Data Scientist

Location: Multiple - Tampa, FL (largest volume of openings) and Hurlburt Field, FL

• Work at different locations will have a varied amount of hybrid onsite and work from home, but all candidates must be in the local area, willing to come on-site weekly as required, and fully remote work will not be considered for any circumstance.

Clearance: US Citizen with active Top Secret clearance to start, and willingness to obtain a TS/SCI clearance

Job Summary:

IntelliBridge is proactively starting recruitment for multiple Data Scientists to support a hiring effort for a new nationwide and international data program for the DOD. These Data Scientists will formulate and lead guided, multifaceted analytic studies against large volumes of data. The job responsibilities below may change slightly as the program goes live in the coming weeks. However, we would like to start identifying interested individuals and begin discussions around interest and availability.

Job Responsibilities:

• Interpret and analyze data using exploratory mathematic and statistical techniques based on the scientific method.
• Coordinate research and analytic activities utilizing various data points (unstructured and structured) and employ programming to clean, massage, and organize the data
• Experiment against data points, provide information based on experiment results and provide previously undiscovered solutions to command data challenges.
• Lead all data experiments tasked by the DST Team OIC
• Coordinate with Data Engineers to build Data environments providing data identified by Data Analysts, Data Integrators, Knowledge Managers, and Intel Analysts.

Position Requirements:

• US Citizen with active Top Secret clearance to start, and willingness to obtain a TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field
• Minimum of 1 year of Data Science experience
• Demonstrated experience applying data science methods to real-world data problems.

Desired or Preferred Skills and Abilities:

• Master's degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Proficient with one or more programming languages (Java, C++, Python, R, etc.).

Recruitment efforts for this project are just now starting as of mid April 2024. The work has been awarded, but a start date for candidates has not been determined. The recruiting team for these roles is working to proactively start building a list of interested and available candidates to expedite hiring upon the program finalizing a start date.
