We are looking for an SVP of Revenue Operations to join our Senior Care Business Unit (SCBU) within PointClickCare. Reporting to the CRO, Senior Care, the incumbent will be responsible for designing, implementing and monitoring go to market strategies that, in collaboration with Marketing, Product Management and other functions, connect the business objectives to the company's sales execution, the recognition of revenue process and reporting and analysis to ensure the SCBU is on track to achieve its goals.
The position drives the achievement of the Senior Care business unit key objectives, such bookings, revenue and retention. The position will also provides a business development engine capable of ensuring future growth objectives are outlined. The position must foster good communication and teamwork among the various organizational functions both within the business unit and outside of the business unit, and provide leadership, strategy and best practices in execution.
The role will be pivotal to our continued growth strategy and will collaborate closely with the C-Suite, Marketing, Product & Finance to assist the company in hitting its numbers.

Key Responsibilities:
    • GTM, Sales Strategy and Execution Plan: The SVP of Revenue Operations will provide leadership and work with other functions to create and implement a plan to generate demand and achieve revenue results by operationalizing the go to market strategies targeted at existing customers and new prospects. Specifically, the position will create, present, get buy-in and then drive execution of the enterprise the sales strategy.
    • Revenue Conversion Process: The SVP of Revenue Operations will work with the Implementation and Professional Services teams and other functions to create, install, and manage a complete revenue process that promotes and tracks conversion of bookings/signed contracts to subscription revenue within the SCBU.
    • Pipeline Management: In order to assure that profitable revenue targets will be achieved, the SVP of Revenue Operations will monitor revenue pipelines of each revenue stream to determine in advance the level of risk to obtaining desired goals and what adjustments should ultimately be implemented to accelerate revenue.
    • Sales Enablement: The SVP of Revenue Operations will work with sales management along with Marketing and Product Management to ensure that appropriate enablement programs focused on training and improving/maintaining sales force productivity are in place.
    • Metrics and Reporting: The SVP of Revenue Operations will work with the SCBU Leadership to develop and automate reporting and scorecards to monitor performance and drive accountability to achieving the established business results.
    • Financial Management: The SVP of Revenue Operations will work hand in hand with Finance (FP&A, Accounting and Billing/AR) to ensure that quoting, discounting and billing processes and systems are streamlined and optimize the cash conversion cycle.
    • Quota and Compensation Design - The SCP of Revenue Operations will analyze whitespace and lead the quota rollout exercise along with sales leadership. The incumbent will also work with the CRO, Senior Care and Total Rewards to design and implementation sales compensation plans.
    • Key Customer Relationships. The SVP of Revenue Operations will also be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with key customers, especially of that with decision makers including business owners, CMO's and other C-Suite executives of both existing and potential customers
    • Organization Development: The SVP of Revenue Operations will also be responsible for building a world class SaaS sales organization including hiring, mentoring, developing and inspiring the team to meet aggressive growth targets.
    • Supervises: Sales Ops, Sales Enablement, Customer Success Operations, Implementation Operations, Business Development Group
Qualifications & Skills:
    • 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Management in a SaaS business-to-business software sales environment
    • Driven scale in go-to-market teams and has been a key contributor in companies scaling from $100m in revenue and beyond
    • Requires an excellent understanding of standard business practices related to Sales Operations processes and systems (sales cycle, , reporting, forecasting, GTM operations and client services).
    • Clear, strategic thinker with vision, with the ability to execute on priorities
    • Ability to effectively work under pressure and to meet challenging goals
    • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
    • Knowledge & experience of selling SaaS products
    • Experience managing or partnering with other functions that drive incremental revenue in both software and services/solutions
    • Excellent forecasting, reporting, communication skills
    • Excellent coach, mentor, sales leader, and thought leader
    • Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
$256,000 - $300,000 a year
At PointClickCare, base salary is one of the many components that make up our total rewards package. The US base salary range for this position is $256,000 - $300,000 + bonus or commission + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by job and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills and knowledge, relevant experience including professional and lived experience, and/or work location.
