OVERVIEW

Merrick & Company is seeking an energetic, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to join the Talent Acquisition (TA) team! If you are interested in continuously growing both Talent Acquisition skills and HRIS knowledge, this may be the job for you!

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support various recruiting functions and assist with HRIS software for a team of four Talent Acquisition Specialists and management. Typical hourly pay range for this position is $24.40 - $33.65 per hour. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

TA Support

  • Resume review and initial disposition.
  • Create and maintain job postings including verification of compensation information.
  • Post open positions to internal and external job sites.
  • Conduct reference and background checks.
  • Assist with offer letter creation.
  • Research various resume databases.
  • Research and support of LinkedIn, Indeed and Rolebot sourcing.
  • Maintain recruiting process documentation.
  • Manage distribution and collection of placement and staffing vendor candidates.
  • Maintain vendor agreements.
  • Organize our employee referral process, including asking for referrals and managing bonus requests.
  • Provide Career Fair support.
  • Assist with marketing, branding, and promotions.
  • Work closely with TA team to help support the current workload as prioritized by the needs of the team.

ATS Administration

  • Perform routine administrative tasks in support of the HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems), primarily applicant tracking system iCIMS.
  • Generate standard reports for Human Resources management or generate more complex or ad-hoc reports and dashboards with variable queries.
  • Provide initial HRIS troubleshooting and act as point of contact for system problem resolution with internal IT system or HRIS vendors.
  • Participate in HRIS system testing and implementation of new modules.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of two (2) years of professional business experience.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Minimum of one year of experience with applicant tracking systems. iCIMS experience is a plus.
  • Experience working on a team and following established processes.
  • Good organizational skills and experience balancing and completing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong computer software aptitude.
  • Exposure to professional Social Media platforms (LinkedIn in particular).
  • Associate degree in HR, IT, or Communications.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Requires the ability to sit for extended periods at a computer workstation.
  • Be able to work in an environment with open discussions and visitors without getting distracted.
  • May be required to lift up to 20 lbs.
