Aspects of Your Work:

The candidate will take part in unique assignments within the process engineering and maintenance team, not limited to: Process Development and Design, Process Engineering, Quality Engineering etc. You will be part of a team working to innovate and develop manufacturing process improvements. Typical tasks may include developing and maintaining GD&T for tooling of machineries, creating and revising work instructions, learning the process for tool design and application of problem-solving, supporting the revamp and implementation of the Parker TPM program, and statistical analysis.


Qualifications:
The requirements to be part of the Program are:

* Must be actively pursuing a degree in Chemical, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.

* The program will begin Summer 2024.

* GPA 3.0 or better

* Strong leadership skills and a "can do" attitude.

* Strong analytical, mechanical conceptualization, and problem-solving capabilities,

* Strong computer proficiency and the ability to quickly learn new applications.

* Strong innovation and creative thinking, self-motivated.

* Proven ability to handle confidential information.

* Detail oriented individual with demonstrated organizational skills.

* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).

* Ability to work independently (with minimal supervision) and within a team environment.

* Familiarity using statistical software or related tools.

* Some experience making technical presentations and report writing.
