Job Description

Infor is seeking a Sales Technology Manager to work as a technology ambassador, project manager and data analyst to support our Business Operations team. This person will be responsible for working cross-functionally with business development, marketing, license sales, operations, enablement, industry strategy, etc. to support the business goals and programs for the global sales organization. The ideal candidate will have both project management and analytics/strategy skills, and have a proven ability to maintain successful relationships across the team. They are resourceful inside and outside the company, committed to continuous improvement, and passionate about sales growth and processes.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

  • Support inbound lead management and account-based (outbound) prospecting. Unleash the power of engagement automation and personalization at scale!
  • Enable organizational flexibility through self-configuration and customization while developing a structured framework for content management (Snippets & Templates).
  • Own the definition of the business requirements for Outreach analytics in working with IT and Marketing Operations so it becomes our main tool to course-correct campaign execution in real-time.
  • Outreach content committee ownership and scheduling.
  • Time is spent working with outreach vendor and appropriate Infor stakeholders to drive the evolution of how we use functionality.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Office suite.
  • Communication skills - both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Outreach or similar prospecting tools.

Location: Remote Based (St. Paul, MN, Dallas, TX, Alpharetta, GA)
