Job Description

We are experiencing rapid growth and are actively seeking a seasoned Program Manager to oversee program operations. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for managing the daily tactical operations of a program ranging from moderate to highly complex. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the success and profitability of the program, including fostering its growth within adjacent technology markets or similar sectors within the USG. As the Senior Program Manager, you will lead multi-functional project teams and be accountable for achieving key performance indicators.

What you will do:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring effective relationship management
  • Monitor projects to ensure adherence to scope, schedule, and budgetary constraints
  • Drive objectives related to delivery, revenue generation, profitability, and days-sales-outstanding
  • Facilitate coordination among technical resources and stakeholders, securing necessary approvals
  • Conduct thorough performance and project analyses to inform future initiatives
  • Participate in business development activities to identify new opportunities
  • Fulfill any additional duties and tasks as assigned

What You Will Accomplish in the First Six Months:

  • Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the assigned program, including its financials, deliverables, challenges, and growth potential
  • Integrate seamlessly into our community of Program Managers, potentially taking on mentoring responsibilities for junior colleagues
Qualifications

Must-Haves:

  • Active TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
  • Extensive experience within the Intelligence Community
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or relevant field, or equivalent experience, OR Military/Government Service
  • 10 or more years of Project Management experience, with exposure to commercial environments
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous HUMINT experience
  • Technical program management background with expertise in software development, system engineering, or network engineering
  • Experience managing Profit & Loss statements with Deltek Costpoint Accounting System or similar tools
  • PMP certification or equivalent program management certification
