Location: 11320 E Main St Huntley, IL 60142
Position: Machine Operator III
Wage: $27.26/hr
Shift: 1st Shift 5:00 am - 3:30 pm (Monday through Thursday)

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Sets up thermoforming machines for operation
  • Mounts dies, molds and loads rolls of raw materials into the machine.
  • Engages machine to produce parts and maintains continuous operation.
  • Performs troubleshooting and quality control checks.
  • Performs routine maintenance on machines.
  • Works with Packer/Inspectors to resolve any quality issues as needed.
  • Directs Packers/Inspectors to work in other areas when machine is down for troubleshooting or set up.
  • Maintains a safe, clean and organized work area.
  • Performs other work duties or functions as assigned.

  • You are can complete physical demands such as standing, walking, bending, reaching, reading, writing and talking.
  • Lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good manual dexterity and agility.
  • Good leadership skills.
  • High school Diploma or equivalent
  • 10-15 years of experience on Keifels
  • 5 + years machine operating experience
  • Experience with Thermoformers and hand-held tools
