What you'll be doing:

  • Subject matter expert for the Global Corporate Card program.
  • Primary contact with Bank of America.
  • Authorized to create or deactivate credit cards for Sonoco plant and personnel.
  • Responsible for tracking all physical credit cards for Corporate, Fuel, and Emergency Purchase cards for cardholders in the US and Canada.
  • Investigate and resolve employee card issues, including fraudulent charges, lost cards, access to Global Card Access, etc.
  • Responsible for the BOA integration file, investigating issues as needed.
  • Manage all communication to cardholders companywide.
  • First line of defense for the Division Program Administrator (DPA) group and Global Card Program Administrators.
  • Maintain the Coupa Supplier Payment Accounts.
  • Partner with Accounts Payable to keep Card Payment information in sync with Oracle.
  • Create and maintain supplier profiles in the APWorks program.
  • Support Accounts Payable with Virtual Credit Card invoice inquiries.
  • Responsible for resolving SIMON ticket inquiries related to Sonoco credit cards, Chrome River, and Travel.
  • Responsible for training: Chrome River and CWT.
  • Subject matter expert on the supplier enablement process

Compliance Support

  • Drive compliance with Sonoco Purchasing Methods for monitoring CoupaPay and Virtual Credit Cards.
  • Drives compliance with Corporate Card and P-Card policies.
  • Drives compliance with the Sonoco onboarding process of supplier and vendor profiles.

  • Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills
  • In-depth knowledge of credit card and travel systems, Coupa, Chrome River, Simon, and Oracle programs.
  • Understand and support supplier onboarding according to business requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree with a major in Supply Chain, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Attention to detail, good judgment, excellent communication.
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on self-motivation."
  • The ability to confidently deliver presentations to internal cross-functional teams as well as clients and prospects is an important skill to possess.
  • Proven track record of managing high-volume data tracking and entry in fast-paced environments with high attention to detail, professionalism, and articulate business acumen.

Compensation:

The annual base salary range for this role is from $47,850.00 to $57,420.00

An annual bonus is awarded to eligible employees upon attaining various business and individual goals as defined by the Company and the department leader. This annual bonus is discretionary, and the Company has sole discretion to determine the amount of the award.
