Job Description

Scope:

The individual in this position is responsible for maintaining a positive relationship between TTM Technologies and its customers. The Customer Service Representative will build strategic customer relationships by means of proactive interaction to meet business goals. Positive and energetic customer interface will encompass the majority of the workday in the form of telephone and e-mail in an effort to succeed in gaining the opportunity to complete a customer's order and increase the revenue of the corporation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support order and quote administration during first year of employment with limited support
  • Provide administrative assistance to Senior-level Customer service team
  • Able to load and provide feedback on standard quotes and orders
  • Review customer purchase orders, fab drawings and specifications
  • Track job orders from booking through manufacturing
  • Communicate with manufacturing departments to resolve on time delivery and quality issues
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing goals as defined
  • Able to meet or exceed transactional and quality goals
  • Provides timely response to commonly asked questions

Essential Knowledge and Skills:

  • PC literate - Microsoft Office Software, Oracle ERP knowledge helpful.
  • Effective Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Ability to make decisions independently within guidelines provided.
  • Self-motivated with efficient time and email management skills
  • Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and decision making skills
  • Must perform accurate work under the pressures of tight schedules.
  • Ability to input data with a high accuracy rating, and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills, including ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
  • Ability to coordinate and work effectively with many different departments, companies and personalities

Education and Experience:

  • 1 - 3 years' customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that my be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.

Export Statement:
Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition ofForeign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
