Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team in the US. The Senior Software Engineer is responsible for developing software in a collaborative environment. If you are a full stack developer who enjoys developing with .NET technologies, especially C#, and have experience with web applications and services then we would love to speak with you!

About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience developing with .NET technologies (i.e. C#, ASP.Net, .NET Core, etc.).
  • At least 5 years of experience developing in a Windows environment.

It would be great if you also had . . .

  • Experiencedeveloping web applications and services.
  • Proficient understanding of server-side CSS.
  • Experience with relational databases and database design using Oracle and SQL Server.
  • Experience with AWS
  • Experience developing with JavaScript.
  • Experience with modern automated testing practices.
  • Knowledge of Perl, Python, Jenkins, and Chef is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Unix Tool Sets.
  • Be proficient in Software Version Control using Bitbucket.

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Develops, tests, and supports new and existing applications.
  • Contributes in the identification, design and implementation of solutions for software defects.
  • Produces high-quality and on-time deliverables according to planned project goals.
  • Supports QA testing efforts and assistcolleagues in troubleshooting production problems.
  • May provide guidance and coaching to less-experienced peers.

About the Team

We are looking to fill the recently vacated Senior Software Engineer position! This is a global team made up of a mixture of FTE and contract colleagues around the globe.

Hours of Work

  • Full time, permanent
  • Hybrid working schedule on-site 2-3 days/week.
  • Must live within a commutable distance to one of our US office locations - Ann Arbor, MI; Alexandria, VA; Philadelphia, PA
