The Leasing Analyst is responsible for supporting the Senior Leasing Manager(s) with a myriad of analytical duties related to leasing. This includes drafting Deal Approval Sheets, assisting in the annual budget/forecast process, reviewing TI bids, performing sell/hold analyses, evaluating market trends, following up on contractor/commission payments, and any other leasing-related tasks as assigned by the Senior Leasing Manager(s). The Analyst will also be asked to occasionally support the MD, Region Head on various information gathering, presentation, or special projects. Additionally, the Analyst may work closely with the operations team in Fort Washington, PA on various reporting and operational tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform various lease analyses including comparative lease analysis, lease restructure analysis, sale/leaseback analysis, built-to-suit analysis.

  • Review and coordinate the execution and delivery of asset management-related contracts (leases/amendments, brokerage agreements, property documents, etc.)

  • Participate in the annual budget and quarterly reforecast process.

  • Assist with the preparation of presentations to the senior management team, board of directors, or third parties, as needed.

  • Perform special ad-hoc projects and analyses as assigned.

  • Coordinate with the Fort Washington operations team on miscellaneous reporting and operational tasks.

  • Develop strong relationships with the asset management team, investments team, leasing agents, property managers, and internal support personnel to help create a streamlined, efficient asset management function.

  • Support the due diligence efforts for acquisitions, dispositions, or refinances, where needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-4 years of experience in real estate, real estate finance, and/or investment banking.

  • BA or BS in Finance, Real Estate Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or related disciplines from a top-tier university.

  • Strong academic record.

  • Proficiency with Argus, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical ability.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Self-motivation, determination, and initiative in a team environment.

  • Demonstrated high attention to detail.

  • Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced work environment.

$86,000 - $90,000 represents the presently anticipated base compensation pay range for this position at Link. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
