Your Role

As a Real Estate Coordinator at OUTFRONT, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the New York market's Real Estate team in the development and management of assets like billboards, digital displays, and signage. Your responsibilities will involve assisting in various development and management activities, including lease processing, audits, and monthly reporting. Additionally, you'll be tasked with organizing lease files and preparing presentation materials, aligning with leadership initiatives.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide administrative support including processing invoices, preparing monthly revenue statements, preparing capital expenditure requests, requesting checks, setting up vendors, processing "Lease Change Forms", preparing mailings, etc.
  • Process and maintain relevant records including electric payments, property tax records, certificates of insurance, business licenses and lease records.
  • Update and maintain lease files (digitally and in hard copy format) and relevant databases.
  • Assist with due diligence for development opportunities and lease renewals, including upon request, walking and/or driving the market to photograph sign inventory; help real estate reps. with servicing each lease through its duration, including communicating directly with property owners for copy approvals etc.
  • Assist with property owner requests to the satisfaction of the concerned parties.
  • Assist with preparing presentations and templates and other special projects.

Your Qualifications

  • Must possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
  • Must be able to multi-task, project manage and coordinate with multiple team members to achieve shared objectives.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office - Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and oral communication.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and interest in real estate, advertising/marketing.
  • Self-motivated with 1-2 years of related work experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred. Course of study in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Legal or similar a plus.
  • A valid Drivers' License.

The salary range for this role is $55,000-$65,000 per year.This role is also eligible for incentive compensation. Compensation is determined during our interview process by assessing a candidate's experience and skills relative to internal peers and market benchmarks evaluated for the scope and responsibilities of the position.
