- The primary function of the Soldermask Operator is to process each job in accordance with production traveler and work instructions to ensure that all processes are maintained in accordance with ISO procedures. Must have good communication skills and the ability to quickly adapt to a fast pace environment.
- Operates soldermask coating machine (DP-1500), duties include start-up, operation, preventive maintenance and quality according to work instructions.
- Process boards thru surface prep according work instructions.
- Defect identification and classification.
- Ability to communicate with managers and supervisors.
- Basic mathematical and reasoning ability required.
- This position requires the individual to use and work with eye loupes and measurement instruments
- Must be able to lift 25lbs. Practice proper lifting techniques at all times.
- Requires standing for long periods of time.
- Must have very good concentration and must be able remain focused with minor interruptions.
- High School Diploma or GED desired
- At least 1-3 years' work experience of Soldermask coating background in lieu of educational requirement.
- Basic computer skills a must.

Compensation ranges for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At TTM Technologies, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on each individual set of circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:
$36,648 - $57,927Additional compensation: An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment. Positions hired for alternative shift may be eligible for a shift premium based on the assigned shift and location.
