We're seeking a future team member for the role of Representative, Client Processing to join our Issuer Services, Ginnie Mae Operations team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL - HYBRID/REMOTE.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Daily Securities Processing
  • Very Customer Focused: Direct Contact with clients for troubleshooting, correcting errors/exceptions and inquiries
  • Independently assist clients by responding to phone, email, and other inquiries regarding supported services
  • Meet all Service Level Agreements for daily deliverables. To successfully ensure all tasks and assigned projects deliverables are met.
  • Provide Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Semi and Annual Metric, Business and Management reporting.
  • Support the Operations Manager on special tasks and projects.
  • Log daily cases, email, phone call in our client (Ginnie Mae) ServiceNow system

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Education; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience; 5 or more years of Customer Service/Support
  • Experience in the Banking World preferred
  • Experience Great communication, analytical and writing skills.
  • People Leadership requirement: Great team spirit and professionalism, self-motivator, work independently and a fast learner.
