Atlas Technologies, a rapidly expanding company supporting the US Military and other Government entities, is seeking a passionate, flexible, highly motivated team player to join our group of Information Technology professionals. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team as a supporting a critical software development and delivery project. This individual will play a key role in facilitating the Agile development process, ensuring effective collaboration, and driving the successful delivery of Oracle software within the organization.

Ability to work remotely from the following locations: CA, CT, DC, FL, GA, LA, MD, NC, OR, RI, SC, VA, WV.

Pay Band: $140,000 - $155,000 varies with experience

Travel up to 10%

You Will:

  • Act as a Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, guiding the team through the Scrum framework, and ensuring adherence to Agile principles.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery of projects within scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation, adapting to changing requirements as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project success.
  • Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project goals.
  • Provide regular project status updates, addressing concerns, and fostering a transparent and collaborative project environment.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of PeopleSoft applications, modules, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, analysts, and end-users to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation of PeopleSoft solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within the Agile framework, recommending and implementing best practices.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the project team.

You Have:

  • Must be a United States Citizen.
  • Must possess and maintain at least a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Level Security Clearance.
  • Security+ Certificate
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master leading Agile teams through successful project delivery.
  • Previous experience managing technical development projects
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Solid organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Orace PeopleSoft certification or relevant training is a plus.
  • Prior experience working across contracting teams in a federal government environment is a valuable asset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in technical project management
