Genesis10 is currently seeking a Production/Technical Support with our client in the financial industry located in Newark, DE. This is a 12+ month contract position.

Responsibilities:
- Rotate between Front of House and Back of House, addresses their issues, resolves or collaborates to resolve
- Greets users
- Creates incident tickets
- Reimage devices
- Desk visits (if needed)
- Assist in project-based work (as required)
- Maintain loaner laptop/thin client inventory so available as needed
- Partner with peer technology support teams, including desktop engineering, product managers, and application support to identify resolution to more complex incidents
Requirements:
- Experience troubleshooting Windows OS and Office 365
- Mobility phone support (iPhone) experience
- Experience creating Technical Documentation
- Ability to explain technical information to non-technical users
- Strong verbal and written skillset
- Able to handle multiple issues at one time
- Organizational skills
- Able to adjust quickly, depending on the need
- SMTools, AOD, KMS, Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, CorpMobility, BAND Build
- BMC Remedy
