VTG is looking for a PowerPoint Designer that will supplement the Strategics Communications Team of the Navy Disruptive Capabilities Office. The goal will be to create content to internal and external stakeholders on project status, business cases, and innovative strategies. VTG is looking for a designer that can create meaningful context for very complex subject.
This position will be 100% onsite at the Pentagon.
What will you do?
- Create PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate key messages, data and concepts;
- Collaborate with customers and other internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives;
- Design and format PowerPoint templates, layouts, and graphics;
- Edit and revise presentations to improve clarity, flow and visual appeal;
- Provide guidance and support on PowerPoint design principles and techniques;
- Translate business requirements into PowerPoint presentations;
- Draft, proofread, and edit briefs;
- Provide written reports and/or briefings materials;
- Assist with other design-related tasks and projects as needed.
Do you have what it takes?
- Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience;
- Must have and maintain an active DoD Secret clearance;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook);
- Advanced PowerPoint skills, including advanced knowledge of design tools and features;
- Detailed-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively;
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus.
