Job Description


The Repair Technician will have the following tasks:
Diagnose and test malfunctioning units to determine required repairs needed.
Replace/swap parts and components and reset loose wires within units.
Follow customer SOPs to correctly disassemble and assemble units and diagnose.
Ensure proper parts management and handoff to eliminate losses.
Needed Skills:
Attention to detail, Excel/Database entry/use, Problem Solving, Flexibility, Ability to multitask, Team Player, Willing to Learn
Ability to sit, stand and walk at various points and for varying lengths of time.
Ability to use hand power tools.
High computer competency (familiar with computer hardware and software, experience working with hardware and software, knowledge of
computer system theory, etc


Monday - Friday

1st Shift: 6:30 AM - 3 PM, starting at $17.50/hr.
2nd Shift: 3:30 PM - 12 AM, $18.50/hr.

Be responsible for testing incoming and outgoing products (computers), accurately documenting testing results, running testing programs, and meeting company goals while also remaining professional in conduct and appearance. Lifting requirements for this role are up to 50 pounds. In order to succeed, you will need to be detail-oriented, bring at least six months of experience working with electronic devices, and be able to thrive working in a fast-paced environment.
