Overview

In this role, you will report to the Chief People Officer and deliver a full spectrum of both strategic and tactical compensation support and programs aligned with our mission and values. It's an exciting time to join the People team as we are redefining our infrastructure and offerings to best support the business and our people as we continue to scale. The right person for the role will have strong experience in all areas of compensation (including equity, incentive, and exec comp across multiple geographies) and can build from first principles. They will be curious and creative problem solvers and passionate about employee experience, manager enablement, and pay equity and transparency. They thrive in fast-paced environments and aren't rattled by the change and evolution required in a startup environment and dynamic industry. The ideal candidate will contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels and will have an impressive track record of building the trusted cross-functional partnerships required to succeed in serving the business. They will contribute meaningfully to program and policy design outside their specific lane such as performance processes, employee retention, DEI, benefits strategy, and more. And they will be awesome to work with, just like the rest of their colleagues on the People team and throughout Dragos.


Responsibilities

  • Partner with Chief People Officer, HRBPs, talent acquisition, finance, legal, and leaders across the business to understand our employees and the organization's needs and values related to compensation
  • Benchmark across all areas of rewards to inform the evolution of our compensation philosophy and design of our programs to effectively attract and retain the team we need to serve our mission
  • Stay on top of emerging market trends to recommend potential opportunities and gaps to proactively evolve our practices on an ongoing basis to meet the changing landscape of total rewards
  • Regularly conduct comprehensive analyses using market data and technical expertise to ensure our approach remains current, defensible, and durable
  • Partner with outside providers to maintain highest quality data sources to inform our approach across functions and geographies
  • Lead the design and own the execution of company-wide annual compensation processes
  • Work with our recruiting team, managers and leaders, and HRBPs to provide compensation analysis to day to day comp needs such as support hiring and pricing new and redefined jobs

Qualifications

  • 10+ years working in Compensation/Rewards positions with increasing levels of responsibility
  • Global experience required
  • Experience with build/rebuild of all elements of compensation including private company equity
  • Bias to action; track record of successfully driving change
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills; clear and concise written and oral communication skills
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships and partner well across functions

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $180,000
