Responsibilities
    Lead and manage project teams, product, and process across the lifecycle of the project
  • Evaluate, determine, and document specific requirements related to projects and translate those requirements into resource and deliverable based roadmap with target release dates for accomplishment
  • Provide routine reporting of project milestones, risks, impediments, and escalation requirements
  • Oversee the development of internal and external communication processes and materials
  • Perform research and analyse to identify trends work in collaboration with Customer Experience Manager, to provide a better customer experience
  • Develop effective communication strategies
  • Present to leadership, stakeholders and/or governance groups, the vision and strategy of the project, the roadmap of planned deliveries, and capabilities to be delivered in each release
  • Conduct cross-organizational coordination as required in support of project delivery
  • Expedite and coordinate services to assist in managing complex projects
  • Manage assigned tasks to completion within the schedule, budget, and scope of the project
Qualifications
  • Preferred Project Management certified (e.g., PMP, CAPM, CPMP, APM)
  • Ability to Run project across the full lifecycle of the project
  • Experience managing Stakeholders
  • Experience with Scrum and Agile Methodologies
  • Ability to identify trends and develop solutions
  • Experience developing communication strategies
  • Ability to Estimate the work and determine the release schedules
  • Experience working on projects involving design, monitoring and management of enterprise network, infrastructure, and applications
  • Innate/documented ability to translate project activities into executive-level reports, correspondence, and presentations
  • Lead in the planning, implementation and introduction of projects for new systems and technologies, as well as continued effective maintenance of detailed project plan
  • Must be able to create project plans to fit stakeholder and customer needs and deliver within budget on desired outcomes
  • Must be able to perform project tracking through clear and concise status reports and time management reporting while proactively identifying potential risks
  • Has direct responsibility for project budget and resources
  • Accountable for delivery of the project and project deliverables on time, on budget and on scope
  • Must be able to manage financial and document/communicate the benefits of the project
  • Facilitate the definition of project missions, goals, tasks, and resource requirements; resolve or assist in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects or functional areas; develop methods to monitor project
  • Must have experience Using Project Management tools
  • Project experience with emphasis on technologies like server, VMs, Databases, Active Directory, PKI, SSO, ServiceNow, IT Service Management, and operating systems

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, or related scientific /technical discipline Plus 10 years' experience
  • Eight (8) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education (18 years total)

Clearance:

  • The ability to pass a Tier 2/Modest Background Investigation

Remote:

  • Remote, USA
  • Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST)

Pay Range:

  • The pay for this position ranges from $47,240 to $80,500
  • The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
  • Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses.
