Your role and responsibilitiesContribute to DC (Direct Current) distribution and buildings technology research, including but not limited to building and community energy management, protection and control, integration of renewables and energy storage, and building grid interactions Contribute to the development, test, validation, and certification of DC protection and control technologies to enable low emission and low carbon building/microgrid Participate into internal/external collaboration to demonstrate ABB's technology leadership in the DC distribution protection technology areas Help with pilot application of the developed technologies on the distribution network and residential and commercial buildings premises Travel to collaborate with internal/external partners Generate intellectual properties for ABB Publish results in peer reviewed journals and attend top conferences sponsored by IEEE (The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) Power Engineering Society and other related professional societies
