C2 seeks a Senior Instructional Systems Specialist to support the Federal Bureau of Investigation located in Washington, DC.
Summary
The Intelligence Branch (IB) Office of Private Sector (OPS) Private Sector Coordinator (PSC) requires support for the OPS PSC to meet the IB mission. The Office of Private Sector (OPS) requires Senior Instructional Systems Specialist (ISS) support to assist with UNET Blackboard, BUNET Virtual Academy, and BUNET Community SharePoint page. The ISS will assist in building training curriculum and have the subject matter expertise to conduct a training analysis for the Private Sector Coordinator (PSC) training initiative that would include determining the content of the curriculum, policy needs, pre-requisites, target audience and roles, barriers, and resources. The ISS will be able to create/develop shells to be used for all three options. Necessary information which will be used by the ISS in the initial analysis was previously begun to be collected.
The ISS follows a systematic instructional systems design process following the ADDIE model to analyze training needs, conduct analyses, create meaningful learning objectives, map learning objectives to training, select delivery methods, develop effective learning strategies, and conduct evaluations. The OPS ISS ensures alignment of training to learning objectives and assessment items and participates in assessment validation processes.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for designing a course or curriculum using the ADDIE Model.
  • Examine training needs, conduct job task analyses, and write relevant learning objectives, map learning objectives to job tasks, choose delivery systems, create effective learning strategies, and carry out level 1, 2 and 3 evaluations.
  • Help ensure consistency between identified job tasks, learning objectives, and assessment items. may also take part in the curriculum/test validation process.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience required as an Instructional Systems Specialist.
  • Must possess a Top Secret Clearance with ability to obtain up to an SCI.
