Journeyman Program Analyst
Lexington Park, MD / Patuxent River, MD / Patuxent River Naval Air Station, MD
Job Description
Description: NSI requires a Journeyman Program Analyst to support PMA 299 H-60 Joint Program Office. Position directly supports the PMA-299 Mission Systems IPT. The Program Analyst will apply analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives; analyzes and/or tracks program/project requirements, statuses, budgets, and schedules; performs management, technical, and/or business case analyses; and collects, completes, organizes, and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition, production, or sustainment programs. Additionally, assists in the development of Statement(s) of Work (SOW) and Contract Data Requirements List(s) (CDRL), and will apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, and data management. Experience in Acquisition Management System (AMS) modules (i.e., CDRL Tool, PMT, CSPT) is highly desired. Must have experience in DoD and/or NAVAIR program/project analysis activities.
Location: Lexington Park, MD
Education: BS or BA degree preferred.
Allowable Substitution: AA/AS degree with an additional two (2) years of experience OR a high school diploma/GED and an additional four (4) years of experience.
Experience: At least three (3) to ten (10) years of experience applying analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
Security Clearance: Secret Clearance is required. Must be a U.S. citizen.
