Jefferson Consulting Group is seeking a Human Capital Intern to support Jefferson's Human Capital Practice.

The Human Capital Intern will provide entry-level consulting support to Jefferson's Human Capital Practice and collaborate with Jefferson's Human Capital Specialists assigned to a variety of human capital contracts supporting federal agencies.

Overview of the Role:
The Human Capital Intern will have the opportunity to assist the Executive Director, Human Capital Programs, develop a variety of consulting practice tools and templates (e.g., project schedules and plans, reports of findings), to include a human capital operation manual of standard operating procedures, and prepare various marketing materials (e.g., marketing slicks, blog posts, podcasts). Additionally, the intern will assist Human Capital Specialists deliver human capital services across the company's four human capital competencies, workforce strategy, workforce management, workforce optimization and workforce analytics.
*This internship does not support Jefferson's internal human resources operations, instead provides candidates a broad opportunity to gain exposure to and experience supporting a variety of human capital consulting services provided to federal agency customers.
