C2 seeks a Senior Instructional Systems Specialist to support the Federal Bureau of Investigation located in Quantico, VA.
Summary
Contract ISS skills will be dedicated to addressing the needs of the annual training development projects in an effort to improve compliance with FBI policies, enhance educational quality, and determine the success of the learning objectives via more formal evaluation efforts. The contract ISS will work in the FBI's Laboratory Building with LD program managers and SMEs to develop specific courses of instruction. The ISS will be assigned to (1) or (2) training development projects at a time, based on the priorities established by the Government.
The ISS Senior shall be able to manage projects and develop educationally-sound courseware (both traditional classroom, as well as web-based offerings). The individual must be proficient in instructional development and evaluation, as well as familiar with (or willing to learn) the FBI instructional design policies and procedures.

*Some work may be done via MS Lync. On occasion, the ISS may need to walk to offices at the nearby Academy to meet with and collaborate with Training Division (TD), Units: CMDU and IDU. On some occasions, the ISS may need to travel to the ORC on Route 17 in Stafford, VA.
