C2 seeks a Senior Instructional Systems Specialist to support the Federal Bureau of Investigation located in Washington, DC, Fredericksburg, VA, Quantico, VA, Huntsville, AL.
Summary

The Directorate of Intelligence (DI), Intelligence Workforce Development Section (IWDS) requires support assigned to curriculum development within the DI, specifically the Advance Intelligence Training Unit (AITU) and the Language Professional Training Unit (LPTU), the HUMINT Operations Training Unit (HOTU), and the Targeting and Data Exploitation Unit (TDEX). The full-time support provided will be utilized for numerous curriculum development projects within AITU, LPTU, HOTU, TDEX, AND the DI, with the PDS focusing skill sets on migrating various courseware to a Blackboard environment.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for designing a course or curriculum using the ADDIE Model.
  • Examine training needs, conduct job task analyses, and write relevant learning objectives, map learning objectives to job tasks, choose delivery systems, create effective learning strategies, and carry out level 1, 2 and 3 evaluations.
  • Help ensure consistency between identified job tasks, learning objectives, and assessment items. may also take part in the curriculum/test validation process.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience required as an Instructional Systems Specialist.
  • Must possess a Top Secret Clearance with ability to obtain up to an SCI.
