C2 seeks a Mid Instructional Systems Specialist to support the Federal Bureau of Investigation located in Quantico, VA.
Summary
The contractor will work with subject matter experts from the counterintelligence program and follow a systematic instructional systems design (ISD) process as detailed in the FBI's Instructional Systems Design Policy Guide and the FBI's Training Division. Following the ADDIE model, the contractor will be tasked with designing new courses and re-designing current courses while ensuring meaningful learning objectives are created and mapped to job tasks. The contractor will select optimal delivery systems for CI curriculum, develop effective learning strategies, and conduct level 1, 2 and 3 evaluations to ensure metrics are in place to audit training continuously. Furthermore, the contractor will help ensure alignment between identified job tasks, learning objectives, and assessment items.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for designing a course or curriculum using the ADDIE Model.
  • Examine training needs, conduct job task analyses, and write relevant learning objectives, map learning objectives to job tasks, choose delivery systems, create effective learning strategies, and carry out level 1, 2 and 3 evaluations.
  • Help ensure consistency between identified job tasks, learning objectives, and assessment items. may also take part in the curriculum/test validation process.
  • 5+ years of experience required as an Instructional Systems Specialist.
  • Must possess a Top Secret Clearance with ability to obtain up to an SCI.
