STATUS: Contingent, Actively Interviewing

TRAVEL: Up to 25%

DESCRIPTION: MSK TriTech Group, LLC (MSK), a wholly owned subsidiary of Patricio Enterprises, is looking to fill a Test Coordinator position at Ft Belvoir, VA.

Primary duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Serves as test manager for PEO Soldier programs.
  • Plans and manages assignments, progress and evaluates results.
  • Researches applicable documents such as Capability Development Documents, Capability Production Documents, product specifications, and Army Regulations, to develop and staff for approval Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMPs) to support program milestones.
  • Coordinates with ATEC to determine and develop appropriate Testing for Government Programs.
  • Monitors ATEC activities to ensure adequacy of their testing and assessments to ensure they have the data and results needed to support independent evaluation.
  • Oversees or conduct Test and Evaluation Working Integrated Product Teams (T&E WIPTs) and Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs) and ensures adequacy of associated test plans, procedures, and test execution, and closure on all test issues.
  • Ensures military tactics, techniques, and procedures used during testing are current and representative.
  • Attends testing and report of test results and issues as required by PM.
  • Evaluates test data, assesses risks, and develops test result summaries for leadership briefings, Suitability Statements and Milestone Decisions.
  • Works with Assistant Product Managers, Product Leads, and PMs to understand interfaces and address and resolve integration issues.
  • Reviews system evaluation plans, evaluation strategy reviews, and provides input to the PMs.
  • Works on scheduling and resourcing DT/OT events.
  • Reviews test plans, test procedures, test reports and system assessment reports, for adequacy, accuracy, and identification of issues.
  • Uses test plans or other program data/research to develop fiscal year ammunition requirements to support programs.
  • Tracks all testing planned and maintain a Master Test Schedule.
  • Shares data with PEO level T&E personnel for test synchronization.
  • Ensures all Government test planning documents are uploaded to the appropriate databases.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

  • Subject matter expert for Test and Evaluation.
  • Extensive knowledge and previous experience in Defense Acquisition Systems (non-IT) and Military Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's of Science (any field) and > 15 years relevant experience.
  • Equivalent or experience commensurate with DAWIA Level III T&E certification.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead test efforts on assigned programs with minimal oversight from the Government.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This is generally sedentary work which requires the following physical activities: reaching, sifting, lifting, finger dexterity, grasping, feeling, repetitive motions, talking, hearing and visual acuity. Occasionally lifts to 20 lbs. Support for test events could require prolonged exposure to various climatic conditions.

Employees must be able to see and hear, read, and write effectively in English. Requires adaptability, analyzing, assessing, calculating, decision making, dependability, good judgment, reading, memorizing, social skills, speaking, stress control and writing. Ability to understand, remember, and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information; Ability to apply common sense in performing job. Ability to complete routine forms, use existing form letters and/or conduct routine oral communication. Ability to make decisions which have significant impact on the immediate work unit.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Up to 25% by plane, rail, and car. Travel could extend over two to three weeks based on test schedules.
