Shifts Available: 2nd or 3rd Shift

Pay: $15-$17/hr

Responsibilities:

• Supervise injection molding operations, ensuring safety and protocol adherence.
• Train and mentor staff, fostering a high-performing team environment.
• Monitor production metrics and maintain quality standards.
• Troubleshoot machinery and oversee setup and shutdown processes.
• Manage daily production tasks, equipment cleanliness, and inventory.
• Lead shift workers, communicate changes, and resolve manufacturing issues.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and incidents are reported.

Requirements:

• 5 years of plastic injection molding experience.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Proficiency in technical document interpretation and basic hand tool usage.
• Analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in variable temperature environments.
