Summary

Performs a variety of administrative duties involving shipping, receiving, stockroom and driving a company vehicle.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Receives, opens, and checks material against the packing lists and purchase orders to insure the receiving of correct items and quantities.
  • Assesses received material for obvious shipping defects and damage and reports same to management.
  • Delivers all material received to the appropriate destination within the facility.
  • Maintains neat and safe work area on the loading dock. Puts away all receiving equipment (i.e. pallet jacks, hand trucks, carts, etc.).
  • Inputs delivery information for all material received. Specifically, date received, condition received, delivery carrier, Purchase Order, quantity received.
  • Maintains delivery records (files) and distributes copies as necessary. Specifically, maintains copies of packing lists, along with copies of the receiving report, filed by P.O. number. Send copies of the receiving reports to Accounting and Purchasing. Sends original packing list to Accounting for invoice verification.

Stockroom:

  • Receives and places into stock all material destined for the stockroom.
  • Records all stock transactions (in or out) of the stockroom utilizing the company ERP system.
  • Verifies the correct part number and count on all stock transactions.

Shipping:

  • Packages all material in accordance to military specifications, or best commercial practices as directed by contractual requirements.
  • Verifies the correct part number, count and project number on all shipments.
  • Records all shipments (data entry) into the appropriate manifest system.
  • Maintains an inventory of packaging materials and orders new supplies as necessary.
  • Inputs delivery information for all material to be shipped into company Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
  • Maintains monthly Shipping metrics for the facility.

Other Skills:

  • 1-5 years of relaed experience and/or training or equivalent combination
  • Experience handling electronic and electro-static sensitive material
  • Good Math skills, including accurate counting skills
  • Ability to maintain neat and safe work environment (i.e. returning all material to appropriate shelf, being grounded when handling electrostatic sensitive material, etc.)
  • Accurate and efficient data entry skills
  • Clean and valid North Carolina State driver's license
  • Courteous manner and neat appearance in dealing with outside vendors or customers
  • Ability to read and interpret departmental standard operating procedures
  • Skilled in the use of computers and basic Microsoft office programs like Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of Oracle or SAP a plus

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that my be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.

Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition ofForeign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
