Edera is seeking a professional and experienced IT Support Specialist to be responsible for supporting our medical clinic environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and focus on managing the endpoint systems, medical equipment, and associated technologies listed below will be key to success in this role.

TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Provide tier 1 support for medical clinics and support teams, including break-fix, root cause analysis, and preventative analysis.
* Facilitate support for anything related to End User Computing environment, focusing on Clinical Operations, Security Protection, Access Management, Onboarding, and Offboarding staff.
* Partner with the technology and clinical leads to develop solutions.
* Maintain and expand existing IT Knowledge Base.
* Maintain hardware inventory and reporting.
* Package, test, and deploy new applications, as needed.
* Expertise in troubleshooting Office 365 Apps, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and OneNote.
* Security and Compliance: Implement and Maintain security best practices. Monitor and respond to security incidents related to mobile devices and endpoints.

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS:
* Possess desktop support experience in a fast-paced and growing environment.
* Proven experience with EHR systems, patient kiosks, and medical devices (Spirometer, EKG, etc.).
* Proven experience with Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Entra.
* Experience developing and testing software packages using Microsoft Intune Endpoint Manager.
* Experience managing desktop environments using Microsoft Intune Endpoint Manager.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:
* Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Possess sound organization skills.
* Candidate is motivated to learn and grow professionally.
* Required to participate in a rotating after-hours on-call schedule

Job Type: Full-time
On Site Location: Remote with 20% travel
Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000
