Responsibilities
    Create automated and/or manual test plans to support application testing
  • Create test cases for functional testing including the identification, collection and/or creation of test data
  • Execute front end, back end, and regression tests
  • Collaborate and work very closely with Developers to design specific testing strategies for the features being developed
  • Maintain quality testing documentation, standards, and procedures
  • Assist in the planning, creation and control of the test environment(s)
  • Participate in structured walk-through, and peer reviews
  • Participate in the coordination and execution of release testing
  • Determine and meet time estimates and schedules for testing efforts
  • Work closely with the Enterprise Management QA staff to work through test cases and results
Qualifications
  • Must have have experience as QA with minimum 7 years of relevant experience, with ServiceNow testing experience who can write a comprehensive test strategy and plan
  • Quickly understand complex concepts and information as well as educates others on such concepts to ensure their mutual understanding and continued alignment
  • Adhere to defined design architectural standards when developing test automation and continuously executing tests in a DevOps environment
  • Adhere and ensure compliance with company and quality standards/best practices
  • Operate with a sense of urgency and quality driven
  • Work effectively, independently and efficiently with no supervision as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment including process and technology changes
  • Detail oriented yet able to also keep in mind the big picture
  • Possess excellent time management, organization and communication skills
  • Experience with writing test cases
  • Strong written comprehension and verbal skills

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering, or a related scientific or technical discipline is required, plus10 years of experience
  • Eight (8) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education for a total of 18 Years

Clearance:

  • The ability to pass a Tier 2/Modest Background Investigation

Location:

  • Remote, USA
  • Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST)

Pay Range:

  • The pay for this position ranges from $55,730 to $90,500
  • The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location
  • Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses
