Responsibilities
    Assists Technical lead in Administration of ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping functions, and Third Party Integrations to support Multi Source CMDB which includes:
    • Maintenance, Analysis and Optimization of Discovery schedules
    • Ability to report on
    • Number of CIs created or updated
    • Duration of schedule completion
    • Failed CI updates, discovery runs
  • Remediation needs and performance of remediation activities
  • Optimization opportunities of Discovery schedules to reduce quantity and increase frequency of run and ingestion
  • Maintenance of Discovery credential information
  • Credential optimization to reduce quantity & incorporate into CyberArk
  • VA IP Range Sets Analysis for Discovery Expansion in relation to VASI System Discovery needs
  • Participate in activities supporting:
  • Maintenance of MID Servers in Production and Administers MID Servers
  • Ad hoc task requested to support CMDB, CMDB Health, and Service Mapping
  • Troubleshoot issues with CIs Health (Completeness, Compliance, Correctness)
  • Analysis of CIs that are active operational but not Discovered
  • Support IT Operations Management modules by conducting Sustainment activities such as:
  • Work Daily tickets created by SCM team on missing CI's or attributes not picked up by discovery
  • Work Daily tickets created by Service Mapping team to troubleshoot CI errors on map
  • Develop, test, maintain integrations with SCCM, Solar Winds, Big Fix, Forescout, App Dynamics, ScienceLogic, Dynatrace, VCenter
  • Develop Compliance rules and data precedence rules for integrations
Qualifications
  • Technical administration skills on the ServiceNow platform, specifically within the IT Operations Management modules
  • Strong understanding and experience of the Service Now CMDB discovery and Service mapping
  • Strong understanding and experience with Service Now Service Graph Connectors and CMDB and Event Management Integrations
  • Strong analytical skill
  • Experience working in an Agile project methodologies
  • Experience in technical solution architecture
  • Good object-oriented programming skills
  • Knowledge of at least one programming language such as Java, Python or C#
  • Communicative, excellent presentation skills, consulting attitude
  • Experience with Solar Winds, Big Fix, Forescout, App Dynamics, ScienceLogic, Dynatrace, VCenter
  • Experience in continuous deployment and continuous integration
  • Experience in drafting and implementing automation process

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, or related scientific /technical discipline and 5+ years' work experience
  • Eight (8) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education (13 years total)

Clearance:

  • Moderate: Tier 2S (Standard MBI)

Location:

  • 100% Remote, USA
  • Monday - Friday (8:00 AM- 4:30 PM CST Time)

Pay Range:

  • The pay for this position ranges from $42,730 to $69,500
  • The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location
  • Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses
