We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Product Management to lead our healthcare interoperability product portfolio. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, adept at navigating the complex landscape of healthcare data exchange, savvy with understanding technology advances, and possess a strong background in product management within the healthcare industry. The role covers collecting and prioritizing requirements and following the development process through to launching the finalized product. The position involves interaction with sales, pre-sales, development and customers. Additionally, it requires working with analysts, customers and other product management peers to collect market input to continually evolve our solutions and assist in launching new products.


A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

Product Management Leadership in Healthcare Interoperability
  • Lead a global team of product managers and technologists specializing in healthcare interoperability
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with strategy, engineering, quality assurance, design, services, support, marketing, consulting, and sales teams throughout the product development lifecycle
  • Drive the execution of the product development lifecycle from ideation and research to testing, release, and customer adoption
  • Ensure product relevance and alignment with customer needs across both modern and legacy use cases in the healthcare interoperability market

Technology Thought Leadership and Adoption
  • Champion technology thought leadership within the organization, driving innovation and strategic initiatives
  • Promote the adoption and integration of latest external and internal Infor technologies across CloudSuite Healthcare solution
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to teams on leveraging technology to address business challenges and deliver user-centric solutions
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating them into product strategies and roadmaps

Basic Qualifications:
  • Product management and product engineering or related technology experience
  • Experience in the Healthcare Interoperability market, preferably within a hospital setting
  • Leadership and technology skills, including managing remote teams across time zones
  • Ability to translate business problems into technology solutions
  • Experience in collaboration, multitasking, and adaptability in fast-paced environments
  • Proven project management and organizational skills
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • User and/or User Experience research experience

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with the SaaS software development lifecycle for a technology-driven platform
  • Expertise with healthcare interoperability standards, including FHIR, HL7, X12, and NCPDP
  • Familiarity with secure connectivity protocols, including TLS and WS-Security
  • Ability to conceptualize large abstract systems and processes, comfortable working with data
