Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identifies, develops and implements in house tooling, fixtures and test equipment.
• Assists with Production Acceptance Test (PAT) generation and implementation.
• Provides clarification and manufacturing input to engineering design documentation.
• Researches and solves manufacturing problems both internally and at suppliers.
• Request corrections to engineering design documentation.
• Provides review and disposition of non-conforming material.
• Evaluates vendor capabilities to provide required products or services.
• Directs or conducts observation and analysis of personnel and work procedures to determine time-and-motion requirements of job duties.
• Analyzes work-study data and equipment specifications to establish time production standards.

Minimum Job Requirements:
Four-year degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering plus a minimum of two years related experience or equivalent combination of education or experience. Must be proficient in Windows based computer programs. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have 3D modeling experience. Must be able to work well in a high pace team environment.
