* Works in partnership with department leaders to identify and pro-actively solve workplace issues. * Advises management on interpretation of policies and procedures Ensures HRIS system is accurately updated for all personnel transaction Answers employees in a polite and professional manner when assisting with questions. * Recruits for openings and owns the onboarding and everify process Presents orientation Assists employees with questions about annual training Assists the Leave of Absence process by providing information to Unum Provide information as needed for unemployment claims Assists with open enrollment by communicating the information to the property * Counsels' supervisors in performance coaching and application of policies. * Maintains records of investigations as needed. * Coordinates details that ensure the flawless execution of employee events and activities, recognition programs, community programs, service award programs and others as they relate to the CREW initiatives. * Maintains a calendar of Human Resources activities for the property and all related collateral including monthly newsletter * Prepares and manages project plans that aid in moving project forward. * Assists with other HR projects as needed. * Other Duties as assigned |

* Some college preferred. * Strong communication skills and ability to handle complex and emotional issues. * Able to interact effectively with all levels of the organization and with outside contacts. * Prior experience in Human Resources preferred. |
