What You'll Bring:

  • Knowledge of incident response, handling methodologies and timelines for responses.
  • Experience developing business cases, including working with international compliance, legal, infosec and privacy as well as accounting on supporting financials.
  • At least, 7-10 years of experience in product and/or program management with a wide variety of product development and management skills with a SaaS-based technology or software company, designing and delivering holistic solutions that include high-touch customer service and/or professional services.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills, including the ability to absorb and process substantial amounts of data into actionable information.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically, with a proven record for originating and driving the adoption of successful strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to leverage and build relationships across the organization.
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex cross-functional initiatives and technologies to business stakeholders (which includes Sales and Partners) and to clearly articulate business needs and goals to implementation teams to execute on critical business priorities.
  • Have a deep understanding and ownership of our Product and Platform KPIs and metrics throughout the entire lifecycle and have demonstrated ability to understand and anticipate our business needs to prioritize features.

Impact You'll Make:

As Program Manager, will be responsible for Program Management's contribution to our business, building new products and increasing the profitability of existing products. This position will base strategic decisions through a defensible, metrics-driven approach based on ROI, market and customer feedback and analysis of the user experience. In addition, this position provides leadership and initiative within the department by understanding the industry and its strategic direction. You will set the product strategy, prioritize features, build consensus, and coordinate product schedules with operations, design, and engineering stakeholders.

Communications skills are key to success in this role. You will work with internal and external teams in development, marketing, sales, finance, customer service and operations to define holistic solutions for the insurance and cyber incident response verticals. You will also serve as the internal and external evangelist for your product offering, working to support the sales channel and key customers. The ideal candidate will have industry knowledge around insurance, cyber security incident response, and/or identity protection and have experience of managing stakeholder groups and supporting change.

  • Reporting directly to the Senior Director, Product Management
  • Conduct data analysis, market research, and user research to incorporate customer needs into product decisions.
  • Serve as a voice of the customer among the cross-functional team, always understanding the customer needs.
  • Develop and prioritize the product vision and strategy, epic creation, and feature definition within the agile framework.
  • Document clear records of key processes for efficient and cohesive delivery of solutions.
  • Build and leverage relationships at all levels across the company and with external business partner and collaborate with stakeholders such as product marketing on the creation of positioning for your products.
  • Articulate business needs and goals to operations and implementation teams to execute on critical business priorities.
  • Manage the entire product line life cycle from sunsetting legacy products to prototyping and testing new features/products and ideas and drive improvements to our product and processes.
  • Establish objective goals for the product with success and acceptance criteria using meaningful metrics, KPIs, and quantifiable business outcomes.
  • Develop and execute against feature release plans, removing roadblocks to ensure forward progress.
  • Ensure product meets all UAT criteria prior to standard release.
  • Run initiative meetings, communicating changes in feature requirements and release schedules openly to leadership team and escalating critical decisions.
  • Support Product Owners across multiple agile teams to ensure understanding of enhancements.
  • Collaborate with system architects to envision and prioritize system enablers.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
