Job Description
Ellumen, named a Top Workplace by the Washington Post for the third time, is a small business headquartered in Silver Spring, MD. We provide a broad spectrum of information technology and ancillary services to government and commercial customers primarily within the healthcare delivery domain.  We seek an experienced Acquisition Analyst to join us in support of a Department of Homeland Security program.  
US Citizenship with ability to obtain government clearance. 

Responsibilities include:  
  • Non-Major Acquisition Process (NMAP) Documentation Support - research, identify, and track existing project data which contribute to the performance objectives called out in the NMAP.  
  • Develop, analyze, monitor and/or update various NMAP documents including, but not limited to: Requirements Document, Program Plan, Program Transition Plan, Integrated Logistics Support Plan, Configuration Management Plan, Program SELC Tailoring Plan, Program Protection Plan, Developmental/Operational Test Plans and Business Process Re-engineering Workflow Workbook.  
  • Review, analyze, and provide recommendations regarding other directorate inputs for NMAP documentation. Submit all findings and supporting documentation to the COR and appropriate PMO government lead.   
  • Conduct analyses and submitting reports regarding updates to the NMAP documents. Submit all findings and supporting documentation to the COR and appropriate PMO government lead.  
  • Prepare briefing packages for NMAP documentation discussions with key stakeholders.  
  
General Experience:   
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience working in a support role for a Federal Government Agency Acquisition Project Management Office (PMO).   
  • Experience working with Electronic Health Record solutions is strongly preferred.   
  • Experience working with a Shared Service Provider is preferred.   
  • Experience with an IT acquisition program is preferred.   
  • At least 5 years of experience developing and writing acquisition and system development lifecycle documents, including but not limited to Program Management Plan (PMP), Integrated Master Schedules, and Acquisition Plan.   
  • At least 5 years of experience developing, maintaining, and updating Microsoft Project (or equivalent) schedules.   
  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in appropriate business or technical discipline is required. 
  • US Citizenship with ability to obtain government clearance.
