MINIMUM SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum ten (10) years of experience required, at least five (5) of those years of experience must include supporting military C4I systems. Additionally, at least five of those years must include functional lead or supervisory experience
• Degree in Engineering discipline required, such as aerospace, civil, computer, electrical, electronics, industrial, information systems, interdisciplinary, mechanical, nuclear, or systems.
  
• Interim Top Secret or Top Secret clearance required to start and must maintain level of clearance required
• Travel is required, approximately 10-20%

DESIRED SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have a working knowledge of U.S. Navy drawing standards and have the ability to produce drawings that detail the connectivity between C4I systems
• Must have the ability to express ideas and plans both verbally and in writing
• Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Project, and will be responsible for leading technical exchanges with other design teams, project managers, and other functional areas.
• Must have experience managing design requirements and leading teams throughout all phases of the engineering lifecycle
• Fluent working knowledge of 2D design tools such as AutoCAD, or equivalent
• Able to interpret schematics
• Experience managing technical data packages
