Senior Full Stack Developer - Performance Profile

Role Summary

IntelliBridge is on the lookout for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to support our Technical Product Lead (VP of Product Engineering). This role is pivotal in developing innovative features and functionalities for our product offerings, particularly focusing on enhancing user experience and system efficiency. You will be instrumental in creating seamless user flows and capabilities for an innovative Generative AI product that enables no code agent building and workflow automations.

As a core member of our engineering team, you'll work closely with the Technical Product Lead to ensure our product not only meets but exceeds our user expectations. Your contributions will be crucial in developing functionalities for batch message input and processing, incorporating advanced arguments in the interface for sophisticated user interactions.

Your role will also involve thorough testing and debugging to ensure the flawless operation of our interfaces, alongside documenting your work meticulously to aid both your fellow developers and our end-users.

Key Objectives:

Objective #1: Enhance user interface and experience

• Develop and implement effective user flow for agent role definition, interaction prompts, response configurations, and message templates.
• Collaborate closely with the Technical Product Lead to align the interface with the overarching product vision, ensuring user-friendliness.
• Iterate on user feedback to continually refine and improve the user experience.

Objective #2: Advance system functionalities

• Introduce functionality for batch message input and processing, including advanced arguments for experienced users.
• Conduct comprehensive testing and debugging to ensure seamless functionality.
• Document code thoroughly and create comprehensive user manuals or guides.

Objective #3: Collaborate and communicate effectively

• Work in tandem with the product lead and other team members to bring the product vision to life.
• Engage in proactive communication and collaboration, sharing insights and feedback constructively.
• Support and mentor junior developers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment.

Skills Details

• Core Languages: Senior proficiency in Django, Python, React, Express and TypeScript.
• AI Projects: Experience with LLMs, OpenAI, and familiarity with LangChain, Haystack, or similar technologies is a significant advantage.
• User Interface Design: Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles.
• Problem-solving: Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to tackle problems creatively and effectively.
• Communication: Outstanding communication abilities, capable of collaborating effectively across teams.
• Dev Ops & Tools: Experience creating CI/CD tools such as Github actions, AWS Code Deploy. Experience with AWS services such as ECS, EKS or similar cluster environments.
• Methodologies: Experience working in Agile environments with rapid release processes.
• Testing automation: Experience writing unit tests and integration test. in TDD environments.
• Databases: Experience with SQL stores (such as Postgres, MySQL) experience with No-SQL stores (Such as Elasticsearch, Mongo), vector databases (such as Pinecone) and proficient in architecting/modeling data schemas built for scale.

Qualification - Minimum Requirements

• A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in full stack development, with a strong background in both front-end and back-end technologies.
• At least two (2) years of experience in developing and deploying applications in AI/ML or similar high-tech projects.
• Demonstrated ability in working with Django, Python, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js).
• Experience in user experience and interface design, with a portfolio that showcases previous projects.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with both technical and non-technical team members.
• Proven track record of problem-solving and innovation in previous projects.

Citizenship Status: US Citizenship required and have resided in the U.S. for three of the past five years.

Location: Preference for candidates based in or willing to relocate to Washington, DC | Arlington, VA | Open to Remote candidates
