We are seeking highly motivated Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to join our Industry leading systems engineering team. As an MBSE SME, you will be responsible for working on the latest technologies across a wide range of domains such as Space Systems, Electric Vehicles, Combat Vehicles, Tactical Communications, Command and Control, and others. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can quickly come up to speed on new technologies and work collaboratively with system domain SMEs, peers, managers, and customers.

This position requires inquisitive, outgoing, and motivated individuals with sound Systems Engineering and SysML/UML modeling capabilities, preferably using No Magic's MagicDraw. The ideal candidates are self-starters who can work with minimal supervision, navigate at the expert level with System Modeling tools, and are familiar with developing Use Cases, Activity Models, and other SYSML models. These positions will require collaboration within a Team environment to produce state-of-the-art, model-based requirements, interface, and design specifications. The successful candidates will have excellent people skills and the desire and self-confidence to work with a highly technical team of engineers.

Qualifications
    BS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7
  • Experience with one or more of the following
    • NoMagic
    • MagicDraw
    • Cameo
    • SysML
    • UPDM
    • IBM Rhapsody
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
Equal Pay Act
This is the projected compensation range for this position. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, Arcfield invests in its employees beyond just compensation.
