Design and develop software applications, planning the various features of a program and integrating them into a functioning system.
• Determines the technical specifications of a project, creating technical blueprints and editing code.
• Evaluating, identifying, and developing software solutions.
• Lead software development efforts.
• Document and record every aspect of an application or software.
• Train and oversee the activities of the members of the development team.
• Plan, track, and schedule software deliverables
• Locate and direct solutions for critical challenges involving software and hardware interface.
• Look for problems within software systems and resolve the issues.
• Develop good working relationships with other team members and clients.
• Work with Product Managers and the feature teams to determine test types that should be run before a release/sprint is deployed.
• Participate and operate within an agile software engineering practice to support daily standups, sprint/release planning, retrospectives, and reviews/demos.
• Provide level-of-effort for change requests and defects.
• Support defect tracking and resolution.
• Ability to review deliverables and track critical dates of critical milestones.

• 5+ years of hands-on technical experience in developing and implementing test automation frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks such as Selenium, CodeceptJS, and Karate-DSL.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages, such as Java, JavaScript, and Python.
• Experience leading and guiding team of test automation engineers.
• VA experience desired.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field

Clearance:

• The ability to pass a Tier 2/Moderate Background Investigation

Pay Range:

• The pay for this position ranges from $55,730 to $83,500
• The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location
