Who you are

You're an aspiring valuation and appraisal professional. You enjoy analyzing data, gathering market research, and following a project from start to finish.

As a Valuation Associate, you'll apply your organizational and analytical skills to conduct research, organize market and property information, and perform analyses of a variety of property types (office, multifamily, industrial, etc.). You'll work alongside Senior Valuation Associates tasked with supporting appraisals and consulting projects for a variety of purposes.

What you bring

  • Commitment to becoming a licensed appraiser, progressing towards certified general licenses.

  • An eagerness to learn all aspects of commercial real-estate as well as the knowledge you gained from your undergraduate / graduate degree.

  • Strong communication skills.

Bonus skills and experience

  • Experience with Argus Enterprise.

  • 1-3 years of work experience in commercial real estate.

  • Strong analytical skills with deft attention to detail.

What success looks like

  • You are a self-starter who takes the initiative to work proactively on assignment related tasks.

  • You contribute to the valuation process by identifying errors, compliance issues and other anomalies.

  • You consistently deliver high quality work on time.
