Plan, organize, and direct the Board Mill maintenance department activities to ensure employee safety, proper preventative maintenance and maximum uptime of the board machine.

What you'll be doing:

  • Receives and enters customer orders, change orders and credit orders for finished goods into an ERP system.

  • Manages customer order releases interacting with plant production control personnel.

  • Serves as front line liaison between plant operations and customer operations regarding daily, weekly, and monthly requirements and associated issues. These issues include, but are not limited to, customer requirements, notices of complaint, and changes in customer demand.

  • Maintains accurate and timely on-line customer forecasts. These forecasts are the basis for the entire planning and control cycle.

  • Assists in monitoring shipping schedules and logistical issues with the various production plants.

  • Accountable for the identification, disposition, and necessary follow-up of slow moving, aged, and/or surplus inventories.

  • Participates or initiates various customer conference calls as required. Customer visits may also be required to establish and enhance customer communications.

  • Interacts with various disciplines within the supply chain including plant schedulers, PC managers, shipping, sales and corporate planning.

  • Working knowledge of associated bill of material accuracy, graphics and can configuration process.

  • Plays a key role in the achievement of plant and corporate production planning and control goals.

This position is in our Brookline, Ohio facility.

We'd love to hear from you if:

  • You have an Associate's degree or equivalent work experience

  • You have well-polished written communications and verbal skills

  • You have strong accuracy working with numbers

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service in a manufacturing environment

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and experience with ERP systems required. Ability to work with NETUI and browse functions in QAD to gather necessary tracking and reporting information.

  • Must act professionally and with integrity.

  • Work in a team environment with other CSRs in various supportive roles.

  • You have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced and vibrant work environment

This is a progression experience and level will be based on candidate experience and business needs.

Compensation:

The annual base salary range for this role is from $56,550 to $67,860.
