MINIMUM SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, economics or related field of study
• Minimum of ten (10) years' of related experience in preparing and supporting Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE), Program Objective Memorandums (POM), SPAR, President's Budget Submission P&R forms, Budget Estimate P&R forms, Project Management Resource Tools, CCaR in program analyst role. This experience must be with a DoD Program Executive Office (PEO), Project Manager (O6 PM) or Product Manager (PdM) to be applicable
• Primary skills required for this position are analytical skills, communication and short term panning abilities

DESIRED SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM) by the Army Society of Military Comptrollers (ASMC)
